Over the past three months, the Anemo Labs team joined the selective CRL Accelerator - a programme designed to foster a partnership between industrial manufacturing and the early-stage startup ecosystem.

The expectation is simple: build something real.

And that’s exactly what we set out to do.

From Concept to Tangible Progress

On the final evening of the programme, we took part in the CRL Accelerator Showcase - a dinner bringing together a room full of founders, investors, engineers, and operators working at the frontier of hardware innovation.

The audience reflected the breadth of the ecosystem: stakeholders across healthcare, climate, and energy.

We were proud to present alongside an exceptional cohort of startups, each tackling difficult, high-impact problems: LendoCare, Coblum, Studio Matter and Fetch Energy

Sharing the Vision for Medical Olfaction

During the showcase, our CEO, Koye Sodipo, shared both our progress over the past three months and the broader vision for Anemo Labs.

At the heart of the presentation was a simple but overlooked question:

Why are we still diagnosing diseases so late, when the body often signals issues much earlier?

Modern cancer diagnostics are incredibly powerful, but they are often deployed too late. Imaging and biopsy-based approaches tend to detect disease only after structural changes have already occurred.

Olfaction offers a fundamentally different paradigm – making continuous, non-invasive biomarker measurement practical for the first time.
